Sami is our head coach. A floral and event designer turned planner with 22 years of experience, hundreds of clients, and countless events. She is best described as an optimistic artist and a mama bear (always advocating for her people and you.)

Ali is the longest-standing employee starting when she was just 15 years old. She has experience in all aspects of Magnolia Ranch Events, but is most recently found snuggling her babies and managing our socials and spearheading any other special projects we have going.
Mecayle is known to be the first one to show up and the last one to leave. Her sheer will attitude and dedication to all things Magnolia Ranch Events show you that everything gets done down to the finest details.
As a fourth-generation farm girl, Janie knows how to work hard and oversees our production seamlessly. Janie is a no-nonsense type of girl and makes sure everything runs smoothly from concept to execution.
