Love stories come in all shapes and sizes, but there’s something truly magical about a wedding where two families come together with open hearts and boundless enthusiasm to celebrate the union of their beloved children. Such was the case for Ana and Austin, a couple whose wedding at Jackson Hole Golf and Tennis was a testament to the power of love, unity, and vibrant joy.
From the very first phone call with Ana and Austin it was apparent that they were dream clients, embodying a warmth and generosity that instantly endeared them to us. Every interaction with them was marked by their kindness and graciousness, making the design process a joyous experience. Their families were an integral part of the journey, offering unwavering support.
It was abundantly clear that both sets of parents cherished their children and wanted nothing more than to host a celebration that would reflect the love they held for their friends and the bonds they shared with their children.
Ana had a crystal-clear vision for her wedding day right from the start. She wanted it to be a day brimming with joy, vibrant colors, and her most cherished friends and family members. Her unwavering commitment to this vision allowed us, to bring her dream to life in the most enchanting way possible.
The couple exchanged vows with a stunning ground arch adorned with vibrant, happy florals. We used bright pink and orange garden roses, allium and blue delphinium to bring that vision to life. Coordinating lovely with bridesmaids in green silk dresses and their personal bouquets which complemented the bride so elegantly. We always say it is impossible for us to compete against the awe-inspiring backdrop of the Tetons, which is why the ground arch was a perfect way to let the florals and Tetons speak together.
Cocktail hour featured a custom, three-sided bar (our favorite addition to JHG&T) featuring images of the Tetons inside. This not only provided a unique touch but also allowed guests to immerse themselves in the beauty of the surroundings. As guests prepared to enter the tent they were met with our green garden box, spilling over with lush florals. Attached to the lattice at the top were their seat assignments tied with a simple, yet elegant ribbon.
The reception tent featured the same “happy” florals found in the ceremony with twinkling lights overhead. Adding to the floral elements was table top from Xowyo which was another way we worked to incorporate color. Blue water glasses, and a stunning cornflower blue salad plate paired beautifully with a vibrant green napkin from BBJ Latavola.
Ana and Austin’s wedding day was a beautiful culmination of their shared love and the love of their families and friends who joined them beneath the Teton mountains to celebrate love and relationships and the joy that comes from each. We are forever honored to have been a small part of their day.
